FAQ

After registering as a student you can access your dashboard by clicking the "dashboard" link in the upper right corner of your screen. This will have a list of your current and previous courses taken.

Visit your dashboard and click on " My Courses". Start your course and scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the tab that says Q & A.

Each instructor will have their own refund policy and you will request through them.  If you are having trouble reaching the instructor please send a ticket through our support system and we will reach out. If the instructor is unresponsive their account will be suspended until they connect with School of 9.
